Our Shipping Charges -

We usually ship using United States Postal Service (USPS), but we may also use Federal Express (FedEx), or United Parcel Service (UPS), depending which one will provide service to your desired shipping address.

Why do we charge more when you buy more?

Because more coffee means more weight, and more weight cost us more to get your coffee to you.

  • While our goal is to always pack and ship your order(s) within two business days, due to higher than expected sales, we may run out of stock on a particular coffee
    If we are unable to pack and ship your order in two business days, we will email you.

  • The arrival time of your order will always depend upon which shipping method you choose. Please remember to add two days to your shipping method for a total number of days of shipping

    *About FREE Standard Shipping On Orders Over $70

  • You will receive FREE Standard shipping on any order of $70 or over.

  • Any additional charges for Express, Overnight or Alaska and Hawaii will be added as applicable.

  • Taxes, shipping and other non-coffee/product charges are not applicable to the minimum product purchase requirement and cannot be added to receive free Standard shipping.
  • Free shipping cannot be applied to more than one address.

    More About Shipping Methods

  • Standard Shipping (4-9 Business Days)

    Most orders are delivered within 4-6 business days after being ordered, yet, we do ask that you please allow up to 9 business days for arrival prior to contacting us.

    A signature is required for delivery.

    Any additional charges still apply for Alaska and Hawaii.

    This shipping method is NOT available for APO/FPO, and International addresses,

    This shipping method is NOT available for delivery on Saturdays or Sundays.

    This shipping method is the ONLY method that is available for shipping to P.O. Boxes.

    Plese Note: If shipping to a Post Office Box in the USA, the Postal Service must be used and will only hold the item for 5 business days before returning the package to us.

    If this occurs, we will either ask for the additional shipping costs (but no additional handling fees), or offer a refund, an exchange, or an "in-store" credit.

  • Express Shipping (2-4 Business Days)

    Orders will arrive within 2-4 business days after being shipped.

    Signature is required for delivery.

    This shipping method is NOT available Alaska or Hawaii.

    This shipping method is NOT available P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO and International addresses.

    This shipping method is NOT available for delivery on Saturdays or Sundays.

  • Overnight Shipping (1-2 Business Days)

    Orders are delivered within 1-2 business day of being shipped.

    Available for most zip codes.

    Signature is required for delivery.

    This shipping method is NOT available Alaska, Hawaii, P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO and International addresses.

    May or may not be for delivery on Saturdays or Sundays (depending on location).

  • Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii

    Standard Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii is available for an additional charge of $7.00.

    Due to the considerable expense, Overnight Delivery for shipments to Alaska and Hawaii are NOT available at this time.

    If you are willing to pay the considerable additional fees for overnight please contact us and we will let you know what the fees are.

  • Shipping to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO and International Addresses

    Shipping to P.O. Boxes is NOT available (except as noted above).

    Shipping to APO/FPO and International addresses are not currently available as a standard option.

  • Tracking Your Order

    We know you are eager to receive your order.

    When your order is shipped, we will send an e-mail notifying you that your order has been shipped, (and will the include tracking number of your shipment if applicable).

    If the shipping method you choose utilizes a tracking number, you can track the status of your shipment right from your computer.
