Coffee Freshness

How can there be anything more important to us than freshness. Coffee is a perishable product. This is why our supplier packages our coffee as soon as possible after roasting (they can't package them until the beans cool).

The coffees are vacuum-packed into nitrogen flushed foil bags at its peak of flavor to lock in its freshness. These foil bags protect your coffee from light, moisture and air.

Though once opened these factors individually or combined will affect the quality of our coffees, taking away from the flavor and aroma. That said, we recommend that you store your coffee in a dark dry place, or at least keep tightly sealed it in the original packaging to protect the flavor.

There is even specially designed valve so that when the package is sealed, it will allow the carbon-dioxide that is naturally released by the coffee to escape, but keeps any outside air from getting in.

It goes unsaid that we guarantee our coffees will always be fresh.
