1) Ordering commercial sizes. While there are significant savings gained by purchasing commercial sizes, they are such large quantities that when purchased for residential use, most customers will NOT be able to use the coffee before it begins to loose its fresh flavor.
When ordering "commercially" please keep in mind that pre-ground coffee products are guaranteed for fifteen days** and our whole bean coffee products are guaranteed for thirty days**.
2) Currency used for pricing. All prices on our sites are United States Dollars.
3) Currencies that we accept. We accept Canadian Dollars, Euros, and the English Pound at the exchange rate that is current at the time of purchase.
4) Errors. If, during check out(without using an electronic coupon), the price of the product(s) is less than our normal retail price, you will only pay the lower price (but never below our cost).
If your order has more than one product, or you place subsequent orders and the additional product(s) on the subsequent orders are also at a reduced price,
we reserve the right to manually adjust the price(s) to our normal retail price.
We will then, depending on the size of your order:
A) offer you a full refund,
B) email the revised invoice and await payment,
C) enclose an invoice with your order with the difference, and ask that you

French Roast
Bold
and Full-flavored,
yet with a Smooth and Sweet taste you won't forget.
This blend of selected Arabicas is roasted slowly, in the French
tradition, for a cup that is deep, strong, and smooth, without the
bitterness, leaving a caramelized splendor on the palate.
Although it is roasted dark, we feel strongly that one should be
able to taste the characteristics of each origin used in blending this coffee.
The French Roast style originated in Southern France for various reasons.
High quality coffee was hard to come by and it was easier to hide the flaws
of lower grade coffee when roasting it dark.
French food is fairly rich in flavor and spice which allows for a robust
pairing of a French Roast style coffee. Many coffee companies today still
hide lower grade coffees in their French Roast. Though that is NOT ever
going to be the case with us.

Mocha Java
Medium-bodied, earthy and rare
Premium Mochas, the most ancient Arabica varietal, are paired with
estate-grown Javas. An extraordinarily clean version of the famous
blend that is rich and chocolaty, brightly floral and exhilaratingly
fresh.
Mocha Java is one of the oldest recorded coffee blends in the world.
Customarily, it is a blend of Yemen Mocha and Java Arabica.
Over time people have developed their own versions of the blend,
substituting other Indonesian coffees in place of the Java or other
coffees from the Arabian Peninsula in place of the Mocha.
It is hard to speak of the origin of commercial coffee without including the history of this famous blend.
At the beginning of the 18th Century, the Dutch managed to cultivate
coffee, after several attempt in Europe, in Ceylon (Sri Lanka) and then
in Java. At that time, coffee was available only through a port in
Yemen named Mocha or from Dutch inhabited Java.
As the European elite began to delight in exotic
luxuries, coffee became a favored drink. And what better way to display
ones lavishness than to drink not one but both coffee varieties in the
same cup?

This coffee because of its pea shaped bean has an almost syrupy in the cup with notes of caramel and honey
Peaberries are rare coffee berries that contain only a single seed (most contain two).
Joining the intense flavor and rich body of Peaberries with the fact
that the Sigri Estate (of Papua New Guinea) produces some of the
