Is A Sanctuary only for Survivors? No.
A Sanctuary is open to everyone.
From survivors, to those that care, to professionals,
and even to the curious, we are a site that has information for everyone.
View links above.
What about Non-Survivors?
If you love one or care about survivors, you are welcomed.
Most non-survivors just don't know what to say or do, that's normal
because they haven't lived it. But now, you can learn and understand why there
are times that survivors don't want to be hugged or held.
We have some important information for you. Maybe we can even help you learn how
you can help the one you love. We can tell you about the confusion and pain some of us
have faced.
If you are a Professional, there is an area here for you as well.
We hope that with "inside" information (our viewpoint), we will give you a more generalized understanding of why we are the way we are.

Our forum is Your Sanctuary is different
than many of the other forums you'll find.
We have five (5) separate areas, like rooms in a house.
That is what makes Your Sanctuary different. We believe that we are the only forum has created a
way to have separate member areas and yet still have Survivors automatically advance
according to the number of times they post.
Most of Your Sanctuary is for Suvivors, though there is a lot for Supporting Members (those that love or
care for a survivor), some for Professionals, and some for Guests as well.
Each member group can only see and post in their own private area(s), EXCEPT WITHIN,
the general information area. This area is for announcements, introductions for new
members, and questions From Survivors to Supporting Members (non-survivors that care)
and From Supporting Members to Survivors.
There's also a lounge. Where all our members can "talk" to other member groups.

There's even an "emergency exit" (just in case).
Our "emergency exit" floats at the top of each page and immediately takes you to a Google search on Fashion.
There is a small "x" in its corner to remove it if you are sure no one will read over your
shoulder. To get it back, just log out. When you log back in and it will re-appear.
At Your Sanctuary, we don't discourage our members from
suggesting what worked for them. Instead, we encourage them to
offer each other helpful ideas.
Your Sanctuary, is where you can "talk" and interact with other members.
