A Sanctuary has many things to offer.
There are Safe Places with tranquil, calm, and peace-filled pictures
coupled with soft music, so that you can relax.
A Sanctuary also offers you encouragement through other ways such as:

.... is designed to assist survivors, through encouragement and outside resources and
give emotional support to those that have been abused or assaulted regardless of age.
Not one survivor need walk their path alone, but rather in the company of others,
that they can confide in during times of confusion and frustration.
Here we speak power-filled words that so many desperately want,
and need to hear, but sadly, so very few do.
What are these power-filled words?
The words are "I believe you".
